The role leads planning, development, implementation, review and evaluation of policy documents, coordinating governance processes, and delivering high-level briefs and reports. It requires expertise in policy writing, research and stakeholder engagement to drive service improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience writing, coordinating and managing policy documents within a complex organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, review and evaluation of Metro South Health policy documents.
• Coordinate policy governance processes, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and publication requirements.
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams and stakeholders to implement the MSH Policy Framework and improve policy document standards.
• Provide expert advice, training and education resources to support staff in policy writing and document management.
• Prepare high-level briefs, reports and project documentation while identifying opportunities for service improvement and evidence-based practice.
