Cancer Care Associates is seeking a part-time Quality & Clinical Governance Coordinator to support the organisation’s quality, risk and governance frameworks. The role emphasises compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement across clinical and administrative teams for patient safety and service quality.

The position offers hybrid arrangements with travel to centres, approx. 25 hours per week across 3–5 days.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in healthcare, quality, or governance.
• Experience in quality systems, auditing, risk management, and accreditation processes (healthcare or aged care).
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, risk, and infection prevention and control.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools relevant to quality and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation’s quality improvement framework.
• Assist clinical teams to implement evidence-based practices and achieve best-practice outcomes.
• Coordinate education programs on quality, governance, and compliance.
• Collate and analyse quality metrics, incident data, and audit findings to identify trends and inform improvement.
• Contribute to identification, assessment, and mitigation of clinical and organisational risks.
