Job summary

STAR Injury Management is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance program across Western Australia. This hands-on leadership role blends QA with staff development, customer experience and relationship management, shaping how STAR delivers services across WA.

You'll oversee audits, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, mentor consultants, manage feedback and investigations, and support tenders and partnerships in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management.
• Knowledge of injury management, return-to-work and workers' compensation schemes.
• Strong stakeholder management with regulatory bodies, insurers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead WA quality assurance program with audits and monitoring of service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory and SLA compliance across WA.
• Review reports and documents to maintain high service standards.
