Job summary

Acumen Health, part of the national APM Group, is seeking a Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary allied health team delivering high-quality injury management and return-to-work services across Western Australia. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on clinical mentoring, while maintaining a small caseload.

The role offers hybrid flexibility, leadership development, and an opportunity to drive outcomes for injured workers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Current professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA.
• Experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers compensation.
• Strong understanding of the WorkCover WA scheme.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach or lead others.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and recovery outcomes.

As Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants while maintaining a small and manageable caseload. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring service quality, developing team capability, and strengthening client relationships across the WA market.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

We’re interested in experienced rehabilitation professionals who are passionate about both people leadership and client outcomes.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
