Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality management on a major infrastructure project in Western Australia. Based on the project site in Perth, you will drive assurance and compliance across delivery, ensuring requirements and standards are achieved.

Working with construction, engineering and leadership teams, you will maintain quality performance, drive continuous improvement and support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality functions on major infrastructure, civil, resources or construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and their application on major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated audit, assurance and quality reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project quality management plans and systems.
• Lead audits, inspections and quality assurance activities across project work fronts.
• Support Independent Quality Certifier with access to records and evidence for certification.
• Own quality records, certification evidence and handover quality obligations.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
