Job summary

All Energy Contracting (AEC) in Hamilton, Queensland, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support inspection, testing and quality assurance across energy infrastructure projects.

The role will maintain ITPs, quality records and NCRs, assist with Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, and participate in internal and external quality audits while contributing to the project lifecycle quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in quality coordination or quality administration within construction, infrastructure or renewables.
• Understanding of inspection and test processes and quality documentation.
• Understanding of project environments and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and supporting quality records.
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Assist with maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) documentation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Identify and escape quality risks or delays.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our growing team in Hamilton, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position will assist in the successful execution of various engineering projects within energy infrastructure.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of inspection, testing and quality assurance activities across the project, supporting projects delivered by AEC and the wider OCU ANZ Group. The role ensures inspection and test plans, quality records and non-conformance documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with PMO quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
