Job summary

All Energy Contracting (AEC) in Hamilton, Queensland, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support inspection, testing and quality assurance across energy infrastructure projects.

The role will maintain ITPs, quality records and NCRs, assist with Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, and participate in internal and external quality audits while contributing to the project lifecycle quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in quality coordination or quality administration within construction, infrastructure or renewables.
• Understanding of inspection and test processes and quality documentation.
• Understanding of project environments and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and supporting quality records.
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Assist with maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) documentation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Identify and escape quality risks or delays.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements.
