Job summary

All Energy Contracting in Hamilton, Queensland, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This permanent full-time role collaborates with project teams to implement QA processes and improve outcomes.

You will develop ITPs, review certificates, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement across renewables and energy infrastructure projects, with support from a growing international group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–8 years' experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within construction, infrastructure or renewables.
• ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification (desirable).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage project-level Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review and approve material test certificates and compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and analyse quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
