Job summary

PEER seeks an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across the RTO and GTO. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive the QMS, audits and regulatory readiness.

You will engage stakeholders, train teams, and provide governance reporting to the Executive and Board while fostering a culture of accountability and ongoing performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quality and compliance role or similar.
• Experience leading quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Standards for RTOs and apprenticeship systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality and compliance framework across the organisation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage regulatory obligations.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement across the group.
• Provide governance reporting on quality, compliance and risk to executives and the board.
