Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and AS 9100. You will oversee audits, corrective actions, and performance metrics across departments to ensure products meet customer expectations.

Travel to Maritime Australia sites is required (approx. 15%), and candidates must hold or be eligible for an NV1 security clearance. Join a dynamic team focused on excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent is highly desirable.
• AS9100 Auditor qualification or experience highly desirable.
• Proven experience implementing and managing a QMS in ISO 9001/AS 9100.
• Ability to hold an NV1 Security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and continually improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
• Ensure the integrity of the QMS during changes and updates.
• Conduct regular audits and develop corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate external audits and certifications for ISO 9001 and AS 9100.
• Educate and support teams on new processes to meet quality requirements.
• Travel to Maritime Australia sites is required (15%).
