Job summary

Arkeus is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to own and advance the QMS across two sites (Melbourne and Gold Coast). You will maintain ISO 9001 certification for Melbourne, drive Gold Coast through its first ISO 9001, and roadmap AS9100D deployment, ensuring robust hardware and software quality across programs.

You will lead quality across hardware, software, suppliers and customers, partnering with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to embed quality into build and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality management or quality engineering.
• 3+ years leading a QMS in a manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 certification maintenance experience.
• AS9100D knowledge; defence/aerospace context valued.
• Hardware and software products with QA and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 certification at Melbourne site.
• Lead Gold Coast site through its first ISO 9001 certification.
• Develop the plan to transition the QMS to AS9100D.
• Harmonise processes across Melbourne and Gold Coast.
• Plan and run internal audits and coordinate external audits.
