Job summary

Randstad Pty in Canberra is seeking a Quality Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Hume. You will lead the Quality Management System and be the primary customer-facing quality representative, driving a risk-based culture.

You will upgrade ISO 9001 to AS9100, and assess ISO 14001/ISO 45001 certifications if required, while integrating corporate health, safety and environment systems into daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating in a quality leadership capacity.
• A recognised qualification in a relevant field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to seamlessly establish strong professional relationships and work effectively alongside diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and be the primary customer-facing quality representative.
• Upgrade ISO 9001 to AS9100 and assess ISO 14001/ISO 45001 certifications if required.
• Integrate health, safety and environmental systems into daily operations and oversee root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with contractual metrics and deliverables.
