Arkeus, a Brisbane-based AI sensing systems company, seeks a Senior Quality Manager to own the QMS for hardware and software across two sites. You will maintain ISO 9001 in Melbourne and drive AS9100D readiness for the Gold Coast site, while building a unified quality culture with engineers, suppliers and audits.

Reporting to leadership, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards in defence and national security applications, shaping the quality

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading quality management in a tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 and leading initial certification.
• Knowledge of AS9100D requirements beyond ISO 9001.
• Experience with hardware and embedded software quality.
• Background in defence or aerospace industries.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 across Melbourne Port Melbourne site.
• Lead first ISO 9001 certification for Gold Coast site.
• Develop and execute plan to transition QMS to AS9100D.
• Harmonise processes and records across Melbourne and Gold Coast.
