Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA processes, audits, and continual improvement in a highly regulated environment. You will lead investigations, corrective actions and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the organisation.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Quality Management (or related fields) and a Lead Auditor qualification, with 3+ years in QA management or compliance. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor qualification and experience auditing within integrated management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continual improvement of QA processes and frameworks.
• Participate in internal audits and support certifications and compliance obligations.
• Lead and facilitate quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on quality management, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support development and implementation of the Integrated Management System.
• Engage with stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and compliance.
• Coach and uplift capability across quality teams.
