Labelmakers Group in Somerton, VIC, is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while promoting quality and operational excellence across the business.

You will analyse quality data, manage NCRs, assist in addressing breaches, and collaborate with Production and Operations to drive improvements across our manufacturing sites.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Head Office team in Somerton, VIC.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Labelmakers' Quality Management Systems (QMS), helping to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal procedures while promoting quality and operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor quality and compliance data to identify trends, potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and improve the Non-Conformance reporting (NCR) process to simplify the process, improve efficiency and understand trends
• Monitor compliance performance, raise NCRs and assist in addressing identified breaches.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of Labelmakers' operating procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records, audit reports and supporting technical documentation.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions to ensure non-conformances are addressed and closed out within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to resolve quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful, you must have

• Previous Analyst experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and quality assurance principles would be advantageous.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
