Labelmakers Group in Somerton, VIC, is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our QMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while promoting quality and operational excellence across the business.

You will analyse quality data, manage NCRs, assist in addressing breaches, and collaborate with Production and Operations to drive improvements across our manufacturing sites.

• Analyse and monitor quality and compliance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and improve NCR process to simplify workflows, improve efficiency and understand trends.
• Monitor compliance and raise NCRs, assisting to address breaches.
• Support development and improvement of operating procedures per ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records, audit reports and supporting documentation.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely closure of non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
