The successful candidate will manage job orders, documentation, and timelines, coordinating artwork and approvals while liaising with internal teams to secure resources and maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or pre-press/pre-production.
• Proficient ERP/MIS or production management systems.
• Experience in printing, packaging, labels, manufacturing, or similar industry preferred.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pre-Production Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing jobs before they enter production, ensuring all specifications, materials, and scheduling requirements are in place to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming job orders and production requirements.
• Prepare job specifications and production documentation.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a production planning, scheduling, or pre-press/pre-production role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise multiple jobs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using ERP, MIS, or production management systems.
• Experience within printing, packaging, labels, manufacturing, or a similar industry will be highly regarded.
