Job summary

IntoWork Australia is seeking a qualified plumber with Poly welding experience for an immediate start on the Olympic Dam project in South Australia. You will install and weld HDPE/poly pipes, interpret plans, and uphold safety and quality standards on a major mining site.

The role operates on a 3:1 roster with ongoing project work and potential long-term opportunities for the right candidate. A current Poly Welding Certification and White Card are required.

Qualifications

Trade qualified plumber with Poly welding certification.
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience.
White Card and a current Driver's Licence.
Poly pipe welding certification and HDPE experience preferred.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and safety standards.
Experience in mining, shutdown, maintenance or construction environments.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Olympic Dam site induction current or underway is desirable.

Responsibilities

Install and weld Poly/HDPE pipes on site.
Read plans and interpret specifications to ensure correct installation.
Maintain safety, quality and productivity on a major mining project.
Work within a 3:1 roster and coordinate with the project team.
