Bakers Delight Karingal Hub is seeking a qualified, motivated baker to join our team in a full-time role. You will bake fresh breads, rolls, pastries and specialty items, following recipes and production schedules to ensure high quality.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and contribute to a positive workplace culture while meeting daily deadlines.

About the Role

As a Qualified Baker, you will play an important role in the daily operation of our bakery, producing a wide range of fresh breads, rolls, pastries and specialty bakery products.

Working as part of our team, you will help maintain high product standards, meet daily production requirements and ensure our customers enjoy the freshness and quality Bakers Delight is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, mould, prove and bake a variety of breads and bakery products to Bakers Delight standards.

• Follow established recipes, production schedules and baking procedures.

• Ensure consistent product quality, presentation and freshness.

• Manage daily production to meet customer demand and minimise waste.

• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic bakery environment.

• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients and assist with stock control.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency and attention to detail.

• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and deliver excellent customer service.

About You

• A qualified baker with a recognised baking qualification.

• Passionate about baking and committed to producing high-quality products.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experienced in bakery production and working to daily deadlines.
