Job summary

Work Zone Solutions is hiring a State Manager in Queensland to drive growth and secure new business opportunities for barrier systems. You will lead regional sales efforts, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and quotes.

The role is full-time and on-site in Carole Park, with standard hours. You will build strong customer relationships, track performance, and oversee inventory while guiding a growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales management and growth strategies.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship building with major customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Act as a key contact for major projects, tenders and supplier agreements.
• Resolve issues promptly with internal teams to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with internal Sales and Logistics teams for quotes and deliveries.
• Train staff on product lines to ensure efficient order picking and packing.
• Own inventory accountability, stock counts, transfers and repairs as needed.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned to growth goals.
• Track sales metrics and provide quarterly reviews with top customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and partners.
