Job summary

Contour Education in Brisbane is seeking a senior sales leader to launch and scale its Queensland presence. You will own the end-to-end sales funnel from enquiry through enrolment, build a high-performing team of sales representatives, and drive revenue with accountability for the state budget.

You will coach and develop local reps, oversee campus operations and staffing, and partner with central teams on site selection and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recent personal selling with quota in a consultative sale.
• Led a team, hired and exited reps, maintained forecast discipline.
• Proven track record coaching reps to hit targets.
• Own revenue number and manage a budget with unit economics.
• Experience running multiple sites with consistent standards.
• Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own the QLD sales funnel end-to-end from enquiry to enrolment.
• Coach and grow the QLD sales team to hit targets.
• Own revenue and budget for the state and report to leadership.
• Lead campus operations and staffing; set class times.
• Manage contracts, performance, and relations with partners.
• Collaborate with central teams on commitments and site selection.
• Nurture renewal and relationship-based growth with schools and families.
