Qualifications

• Must build and convert executive relationships into high-value opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with network in commercial property, retail, hospitality or education sectors preferred.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management for bid, submissions and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client strategy and new business function for QLD from engagement to winning opportunities.
• Identify, engage and secure work with key clients across SEQ; manage relationships with repeat partners.
• Guide tender, bid and preconstruction processes; participate in project pitches and post-tender interviews.
• Coordinate with design, estimating and project management teams to align client criteria with proposals.
