Job summary

IVE CX and Data is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer for our Kemps Creek team in NSW. You will manage procurement across print and mail production, build strong supplier relationships and source timely quotations to optimise quality and cost for clients.

You will collaborate with Sales and Client Delivery, leverage Netsuite ERP, and drive efficient purchasing while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented work environment within a leading Australian marketing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the print and paper industry is highly regarded.
• Strong supplier networks and knowledge of purchasing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great results.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving quality and commercial outcomes.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP or similar, WMS/Ecom systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be part of a small team providing efficient procurement services across the business and helping to maximise value for IVE and our clients. You will:

• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, delivery and cost-effective outcomes
• Work closely with Sales and Client Delivery teams to identify and develop procurement opportunities.
• Source accurate and timely quotations from a broad range of third-party suppliers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, new products and stock options.
• Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in the print and paper industry (highly regarded)
