Complete Colour Printing is seeking a hands-on Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join its print and production environment in Cheltenham/Geelong. The role focuses on coordinating internal drivers, freight bookings, and finishing goods ready for dispatch, while maintaining organised records and effective communication with production, suppliers, and customers.

The successful candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal delivery drivers and daily delivery schedules.

• Prepare, check and organise finished goods for dispatch and delivery.

• Receive, check and receipt incoming goods into the system.
• Ensure all goods are labelled, packed and ready for transport.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery and production information.

Print & Production Industry | Hands-On Role

Are you a hands‑on, energetic and organised person who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment? Do you enjoy solving problems, coordinating logistics and making sure deadlines are met?

We are seeking a motivated Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join our team within the print industry. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can think on their feet, take ownership and keep goods moving efficiently from production through to delivery.

Experience in the print industry and knowledge of print products and terminology would be an advantage, but we are happy to teach the right person who brings the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise internal delivery drivers and daily delivery schedules.
• Book and manage interstate freight and transport requirements.
• Prepare, check and organise finished goods for dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate packing and distribution of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and printed products.
• Receive, check and receipt incoming goods into the system.
• Ensure all goods are correctly labelled, packed and ready for transport.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate computer records and update delivery and production information.
• Communicate effective with production, suppliers, transport companies and customers.
• Maintain an organised and efficient dispatch and goods‑receiving area.

Our production office is based in Cheltenham; candidates located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne will find an easy commute to our business.

A full time 5 day week (Monday-Friday) - 6:30am - 3:30pm Salary based position
