Troocoo Pty in Yatala, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to support purchasing and inventory replenishment across procurement, warehouse and manufacturing teams. This is an immediate-start role with an initial three-month contract and potential permanency, based in the office five days per week with free onsite parking and flexible start/finish times.

• Three years or more of experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory replenishment.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or similar inventory-focused environment.
• Confidence coordinating international suppliers and managing changing lead times.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience using MYOB, ideally MYOB Acumatica; exposure to Netstock is advantageous.

Our Client

Working closely with procurement, warehouse and manufacturing teams, you will help ensure materials are available to meet operational requirements.

The Role

• Immediate start preferred.
• Initial three month contract with potential for permanency.

Key responsibilities include:

Skills & Experience

You will bring previous purchasing experience and the confidence to take ownership of daily purchasing activities from the outset. Strong attention to detail, proactive supplier communication and an understanding of inventory replenishment will be essential.

• At least three years of experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory replenishment.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution or a similar inventory focused environment.
• Confidence coordinating international suppliers and managing changing lead times.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience using MYOB, ideally MYOB Acumatica. Exposure to Netstock would be advantageous.
