Elastic, the Search Analytics company, is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to lead growth into State Government and Higher Education in Australia. You will build pipeline, drive revenue, and position Elastic’s AI-powered search, observability and security solutions across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

To excel, you’ll blend technical curiosity with a value-based selling approach, articulating outcomes for government and education—security, cost consolidation, and citizen/staff

Qualifications

• Proven selling track record with State Government and/or Higher Education accounts.
• Executive communication with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build pipeline and close complex deals in regulated environments.

• Prospect and create opportunities in government and higher education accounts.
• Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search, Observability and Security solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor translating technical value into business outcomes.
• Navigate data sovereignty, security clearance and compliance for government/education clients.
