Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience and supervisory exposure preferred.
• Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence required by state regulations.
• Ability to manage shift pacing, mentor staff and maintain pub standards across areas

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations on the floor, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Mentor a team of floor staff and coordinate with senior venue leadership for pacing and service delivery.
• Oversee operations from open to close, addressing issues to maintain a great pub vibe.
• Manage safety and compliance during all shifts, including stock movement and deliveries.
• Represent the pub with energy, positivity and strong guest relations during peak periods
