TAG re is seeking a Property Officer to join their growing office in Westmead. The role involves inspections, tenancy management, rent arrears follow-up, and liaison with tenants. You will work with a young, energetic team and have opportunities to develop your real estate career.

The ideal candidate will have a certificate of registration or be willing to obtain one, and be prepared to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment. Salary packaging and mentoring programs are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections
• Organising tenancies
• Ingoing inspections
• Liaising with tenants regarding maintenance
• Chasing rental arrears and invoices
• Organising appointments
• Prospecting including cold calling and door knocking
• Redirecting bills and entering bills
• Assist with property managers day to day duties
