Job summary

You will mentor a Property Services Administrator, coordinate contractors, and ensure certifications and safety documentation are current while leveraging technology-driven processes to improve efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and essential services compliance.
• Ability to manage contractor relations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate essential services and contractor management across NSW portfolio.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and compliance.
• Lead engagement of contractors and consultants, including contracts and POs.
• Manage capital works projects end-to-end from scoping to execution.
• Drive tenant fit-out coordination and sustainability initiatives.
