Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Property Services Manager – Technical Services to oversee the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art building at 1 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. You will align with risk management for the anchor tenant and asset owner, ensuring best-in-class reactive and preventative maintenance with safety and sustainability at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in a critical engineering environment or premium asset.
• 5+ years as a Senior Operations Manager in A-Grade or premium properties.
• Deep technical knowledge of critical environments, electrical systems and HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all critical engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, vertical transport and cyber security protocols.
• Oversee specialist engineering contractors ensuring compliance with contract scopes, terms and safety standards.
• Lead WHS programs and promote a risk-focused safety culture on site.
• Monitor building performance to meet/exceed NABERS 5.5 Star target.
