Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proactive Property Services Manager to lead maintenance, trade operations and facilities compliance across a diverse portfolio of sites in South Australia. You will manage a team of Property Officers and a network of contractors to deliver high standards with minimal disruption to residents.

We are seeking a proactive Property Services Manager to lead maintenance, trade operations, and facilities compliance across our diverse property portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will lead a team of Property Officers and contractor networks to ensure exceptional site standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing preventative and reactive maintenance schedules across multiple locations.
• Driving compliance with industry accreditation standards, legislative obligations, and essential fire safety measures.
• Managing operational budgets, forecasting maintenance programs, and delivering cost efficiencies.
• Managing external contractors, service agreements, quotes, and quality assurance.
• Overseeing capital works and maintenance within occupied, living spaces with minimal disruption.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience managing maintenance/facilities teams across multi-site environments.
• Background in aged care, healthcare, or similar highly regulated operational sectors is required.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safety audits, and building governance within the aged cafre sector.
• Excellent budget management, systems, and contractor negotiation skills.
• Valid South Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Mandatory requirement: Clear Police Check and required workplace immunisations.
