You will provide leadership to a team of Senior Property Services Officers and oversee maintenance programs, contractor management, compliance obligations, and capital works support.

Qualifications

Experience leading property, facilities, maintenance, or building services teams.
Strong knowledge of compliance, asset management, and building maintenance.
Experience managing budgets, contractors, and competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Relevant trade, facilities management, property, construction, or related experience.
Current South Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

Lead and support property and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
Oversee planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance programs.
Manage contractor performance, budgets, resources, and service delivery outcomes.
Ensure compliance with legislative, building, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Drive operational improvements and best-practice facilities management initiatives.
Partner with operational leaders to achieve property and maintenance objectives.
Support property-related projects and capital works initiatives.
