Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proactive Property Services Manager to lead maintenance, trade operations and facilities compliance across a diverse portfolio of sites in South Australia. You will manage a team of Property Officers and a network of contractors to deliver high standards with minimal disruption to residents.

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will drive preventative and reactive maintenance, maintain budgets, ensure compliance with accreditation standards and safety requirements, and

Qualifications

• What you must bring: experience leading multi-site facilities teams in healthcare or aged care.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and building governance in regulated environments.
• Excellent budget management and contractor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Drive compliance with accreditation standards, fire safety, and legal obligations.
• Manage operational budgets and forecast maintenance programs.
• Oversee external contractors, service agreements, quotes and QA.
