Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking a hands-on Property and Procurement Lead to own and grow a multi-site residential portfolio across NSW for a doctor-led NDIS provider. Based in Sydney, you will source, secure and manage properties, lead fleet and procurement, and ensure safety and compliance across SIL, STA and MTA homes.

This is a field-based, sole-operator role with regular travel, a fully maintained company vehicle, and flexible working arrangements by agreement.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in property management, facilities management or procurement.
Experience negotiating leases, renewals and rent reviews.
Experience managing multi-site portfolios and budgets.
Knowledge of NSW tenancy, property compliance and WHS obligations.

Responsibilities

Source, assess and secure new SIL, STA and MTA properties (including SDA).
Manage the full lease lifecycle including renewals and exits.
Run planned maintenance and coordinate repairs to meet compliance.
Conduct site visits, inspections and audits across the portfolio.
Oversee procurement of PPE, consumables, utilities and equipment; manage suppliers.
Manage fleet leases, servicing and vehicle safety; report on property metrics.
