Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our on-site team across Canberra, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The role oversees a diverse portfolio, including inspections, budgeting, compliance, asset management and client liaison for Commonwealth properties.

You will collaborate with a national team to deliver integrated real estate services. Applicants typically have 1–2 years in property roles, a Real Estate certificate, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a property-related role.
• Preferred tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance and/or related Entity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of sites including properties on and off, inspections and rent roll management.
• Oversee finance and budgets, building/statutory compliance and asset management.
• Maintain client relationships and timely escalations and reporting.
• Support development of client Property Management Plans.
