Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in North Sydney, NSW, seeks a Property Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio onsite. You will manage inspections, budgets, and compliance while building strong client relationships and coordinating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive real estate services for Commonwealth clients.

The role requires 1–2 years in a property-related role, a real estate qualification, and active registration; AGSVA clearance or related clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a property-related role (minimum).
• Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Support in delivering Real Estate Management services to client property portfolio.
• Manage defined portfolio including property on/off, inspections, budgets, and compliance.
• Asset management and rent roll, reporting and client relationship management.
• Handle escalations and complaints; coordinate monthly/annual reporting.

What this opportunity involves:

Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. As part of a geographically dispersed team, you will support in the provision of property portfolio management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth Clients

A Property Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, handling various aspects including inspections, compliance, asset management, financial responsibilities, and client relationships, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive real estate management services for Commonwealth clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support in the delivery of Real Estate Management services and functions to the client property portfolio including:
• Manage a defined portfolio of sites which includes (but is not limited to):
• Property On’s and Off’s
• Property Inspections
• Finance and budgets
• Building/Statutory Compliance
• Asset Management
• Critical Dates Management
• Rent Roll Management
• Assistance and support with the development of client Property Management Plans
• Key Relationship Management
• Management of escalations and complaints
• Monthly/Annual reporting requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in property related role
• Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.
