Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring four Property Managers to join our national team in Australia to support a high-volume portfolio of owned and leased premises. You will operate with independence and accountability in a fast-paced environment, attending client offices on-site at least three days per week.

The role requires strong budgeting and financial acumen, lease compliance, and stakeholder management across tenants, landlords and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail property management.
• Strong financial acumen across outgoings, budgeting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial processes including invoice review, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Maintain rent and outgoings income, resolving discrepancies with Finance.
• Oversee arrears management, disputes and recovery actions per policy.
• Monitor lease compliance and landlord obligations, escalating risks.
• Coordinate property operations across internal teams for seamless service.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of properties and subleases, including updates.
• Manage security deposits, bank guarantees and insurance compliance.
• Respond to complaints, disputes and statutory inquiries with timely resolution.

The role: Due to business expansion, we are seeking for 4x Property Managers to join our national team, to support a high-volume diverse portfolio for an iconic Australian brand. You will deliver best-practice property management across owned and leased premises, operating with independence and personal accountability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role requires a highly organised professional who takes ownership, follows through to resolution, and collaborates effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The successful candidate will be required to attend the client office on-site at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial processes including invoice review, reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate rent and outgoings income, resolving discrepancies with Finance and Lease Administration
• Oversee arrears management, disputed payments and recovery actions in line with agreed policy
• Monitor lease compliance and landlord obligations, escalating risks and managing disputes
• Coordinate property operations across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties and subleases, including system updates
• Oversee security deposits, bank guarantees and insurance compliance
• Respond to complaints, disputes and statutory enquiries, coordinating timely resolution

What You’ll Bring

• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail property management
• Strong financial acumen across outgoings, budgeting, reconciliations and arrears management
• Ability to interpret lease terms and manage compliance obligations
• Proven stakeholder management across tenants, landlords and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capability
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
