CBRE Asia Pacific in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Property Management operations professional to support leadership across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns. The role combines operational discipline with a strong commercial lens—protecting fee revenue, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring contractual and compliance records stay on track while turning data into actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property administration or business operations.
• Advanced capability in data analytics, reporting and dashboards; strong Excel.
• Confidence interpreting financial and operational data and communicating insights to senior leaders.
• Experience with finance, CRM and contract management systems; PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Pulse and HighQ exposure is desirable.
• Strong organisation, adaptability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to build relationships across a large Property Management business.

Responsibilities

• Protect fee revenue by coordinating fee escalations, invoices and recoveries.
• Partner with regional leaders on monthly overdue debt follow-up.
• Support annual budgeting and revenue forecasting, review P&L performance and investigate anomalies.
• Maintain headcount and labour cost allocation, the new business pipeline in Salesforce, KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Keep key operational and compliance processes moving, including owner remittance reporting, agreements, fee reviews, licence registers, onboarding.
• Coordinate the practical rhythm of the region, including property transitions, leave calendars, town halls, PM/FM meetings, agendas, minutes and team communications.
