• Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate and a driver’s licence are required.
• 1-2 years property management experience ideal; training possible for client-facing backgrounds.
• PropertyMe experience is a plus and REIQ membership supported.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of properties with owners and tenants.
• Coordinate entry and exit inspections and organise property maintenance with trusted local trades.
• Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe and assist colleagues when needed.
• Support routine inspections, maintenance triage and lease renewals with dedicated admin help.
• Focus time on owners and tenants to ensure high service levels.
