Kither Homes in Coolum Beach is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will work closely with the business owner, shaping systems, processes and growth strategies for the property management division.

We value proactive, reliable professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships in Queensland.

Formación

• 3–5 years of residential property management experience, ideally in a senior role.
• Holds the Queensland real estate registration or licence
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
• Experience with property management software and trust accounting
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
• Genuine interest in helping grow a business

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and rental arrears.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Manage new tenancies, applications and leasing.

• Identify opportunities to grow the rent roll.
