Job summary

MPM Property on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee your own portfolio with support from a collaborative team.

You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, manage lease renewals and ensure compliance with Queensland legislation. A proactive, customer-focused approach and solid IT skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' recent experience in residential property management.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
• Current Queensland driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence using property management software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of your assigned residential portfolio.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades.
• Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals.
• Managing rental arrears and following up outstanding matters.
• Handling tenant and owner enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
