MICM in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over an organised inner-city portfolio with strong support from leasing, finance and compliance teams. You will focus on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while the Team Leader coaches and develops you.

This role offers a clear career path within a 65-strong PM department, a collaborative culture, and access to company vehicles; Saturdays on a rotating roster are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agent's Representative Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within RPS.
• Represent rental providers at VCAT when required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
