Job summary

MICM is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join Melbourne’s large inner-city team. You’ll manage an established residential portfolio and collaborate with landlords, tenants and contractors to deliver exceptional service.

With dedicated support from a Team Leader, Leasing Assistants and Compliance specialists, you’ll focus on portfolio growth and client satisfaction while maintaining detailed records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation is essential.
• Able to communicate clearly with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
• Maintain accurate records within RPS.
• Represent rental providers at VCAT when required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio growth.

With the support of leasing assistants, finance administration, compliance specialists and a dedicated Team Leader who doesn't manage a portfolio, you'll have the resources to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients rather than getting bogged down in administration.

About You

You'll be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• An Agent's Representative Certificate
• Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
