Job summary

MICM Property, Melbourne's inner-city apartment specialist, seeks an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a Tier 1 portfolio across the CBD and inner city. You will manage budgets, meetings, common areas, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Owners, Committees, and internal teams.

You will lead meetings, monitor financials, and ensure responsive, high-quality service delivery for clients and residents. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Owners Corporation Management or Strata management.
• Strong understanding of the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations in Victoria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confident in budgeting, financials, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing AGM, Committee, and Special Meetings within prescribed timeframes.
• Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and maintenance funds.
• Liaising professionally with Owners and Committees to resolve issues and respond to requests.
• Coordinating building maintenance, insurance, and contractor supervision.
• Overseeing Caretakers, Concierge, and Building Managers to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Managing compliance documentation, insurance, and statutory obligations.
• Building strong relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams.

Join MICM as an Strata/Owners Corporation Manager and take ownership of a premium Tier 1 portfolio across Melbourne's CBD and inner city.

Due to growth MICM is seeking an Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a Tier 1 portfolio focused on the CBD/ Inner city to ensure smooth, compliant operations across Melbourne’s Inner city residential communities.

About the Role:

As an Owners Corporation Manager, you’ll take ownership of all Owners Corporation matters; from managing budgets and meetings to maintaining common areas and ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations.

You’ll work closely with Owners, Committees, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
