Job summary

Gough Recruitment invites an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established, property-management focused agency in Canberra. You will take ownership of your own portfolio and work with an experienced team to deliver outstanding service and advance your career.

This role offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, handling approximately 150 properties with no accounts, supported by leasing and compliance teams, and guided by senior leadership to enable real progress.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience.
• Strong landlord and tenant communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Certificate of Registration is essential.

You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio while working closely with an experienced and collaborative Property Management team.
