You will handle end-to-end management, maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
• Managing arrears in line with company procedures
• Coordinating leases, renewals, and rent reviews
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
