Qualifications

• Previous residential property management experience.
• A current WA Property Management Registration.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound knowledge of WA Residential Tenancies Act.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Responding promptly to owner and tenant enquiries.
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors.
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports.
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Coordinating tenant vacates and property condition reports.
• Reviewing tenancy applications and ensuring documents are compliant.
• Maintaining accurate property files and documentation.
• Assisting with breach notices and tenancy requirements.
