This role offers Monday to Friday only, no weekend work, a competitive salary with lucrative commission (OTE $140K++), ongoing training, and a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management.
• Current Real Estate License.
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 commercial tenancies
• Handle lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and inspections
• Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
• Manage arrears, lease breaches, outgoing reconciliations, and reporting
• Oversee fit-outs, maintenance, and ensure contractor compliance
• Deliver financial forecasts and meet key operational KPIs
