JA Recruitment in Canberra is assisting a well‑established real estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties end‑to‑end.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio predominantly apartments with ~15 townhouses across the ACT. Join a warm, supportive team and build a long‑term career managing leasing, inspections, maintenance and landlord/tenant relations.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage leasing, tenancy applications and tenancy documentation
• Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and follow up outstanding repairs
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Handle tenancy matters and resolve issues as they arise
• Manage vacates and end-of-tenancy processes
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
• Provide landlords with practical advice regarding their properties
• Ensure portfolio is managed in accordance with ACT residential tenancy requirements

JA Recruitment is assisting an established Canberra real estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties end-to-end.

You’ll take ownership of a well-established portfolio consisting predominantly of apartments, along with approximately 15 townhouses, with properties located across the ACT.

Working alongside a warm, supportive and experienced team, this role would suit a Property Manager with approximately 2-3 years of experience who is confident managing their own portfolio and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within an agency where they can become part of the team.

The role

You’ll manage all aspects of the portfolio, including:

• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing leasing, tenancy applications and tenancy documentation
• Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
• Coordinating maintenance and following up outstanding repairs
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Handling tenancy matters and resolving issues as they arise
• Managing vacates and end-of-tenancy processes
• Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
• Keeping landlords informed and providing practical advice regarding their properties
• Ensuring the portfolio is managed in accordance with relevant ACT residential tenancy requirements

About you

You’ll ideally have approximately 2-3 years of property management experience and be confident managing a residential portfolio end-to-end.
