Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a premium residential portfolio across established Brisbane suburbs. You will manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end with support from a secondary PM, VA and APM, creating a sustainable workload and enabling a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years residential Property Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit or VaultRE advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio.
• Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Manage maintenance, inspections, compliance and tenancy matters.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades.
• Maintain strong portfolio performance and retention.
